In the Mimmo Giordano laboratory, the briar starts its transformation from a simple root in the earth.

The briar is selected in particular regions of France, then Mimmo Giordano cuts it depending on the characteristics of every single piece and on the measures requested.

Cutting briar we can waste the 70% of it. After that we have to boil it for many hours at the right temperature to purify it.

Finally, briar must dry in a special way and it also needs to season until when it's ready for the final part of the manufacturing.

The pipes are only made of this briar. Everything is handmade, from the hole to the design to the different finishing they all need.
